Delicious Breakfast Yogurt

You can make this delicious dish with whatever brands you desire. The brands I include give you an idea of other options that you can choose to make each dish that much better to nourish your body and I testify that they are absolutely delicious... If they weren't, I wouldn't eat them!

Ingredients:
Mix
-
(1 Cup) Yogurt - Silk Dairy-Free Vanilla or Dairy-Free Chocolate Coconut
-
(1 Scoop) Protein Powder - Amazing Grass or Vitamin Way Plant-Based Protein
-
(1-2 tbsp) Powder Peanut Butter - PB2
-
(1 tbsp) Peanut Butter - Organic Peanut Butter Kroger or Meijer Brand
Top
-
(1/4 Cup) Granola - Bear Naked Granola

Fruit of choice

TIP!
1.) If you are trying to cut calories or loose weight. Don't add the granola on top and only add a small serving of fruit!
2.) Adding protein to your yogurt will help make you feel fuller for longer & give you an increase of energy!

Amazingly light & tasty meal! It takes a mere 10-20 minutes to make and keeps you feeling satisfied for long time. If you have favorite ingredients that you love, try adding them to the bowl and see how it tastes!

Cook on stove with seasoning of choice! (I use Garlic, Himalayan Sea Salt, Mrs. Dash Italian Medley)

TIPS:
1.) If you're trying to loose weight, watch the amount of sweet potato you add!
2.) Great load of protein, carbs & fat. Aka will make you feel nice and full & satisfied!
