Are you stuck in a rut?

Getting happy and changing old habits is actually a lot easier than most people believe. It doesn't have to be a long drawn-out process. And you definitely don't need medicine and deep therapy to cure a good amount of every day stress and problems!

Getting out of a rut or achieving some outcome that we keep wishing for doesn't have to be as complicated as we tend to think...

The reason why it feels so difficult to get out of a rut, change our habits, or work towards a goal is because we neglect to face the problem that is holding us back head on. Instead we try to tip toe around what it is that we really should be facing. What is this block? Yourself. Being honest with where you are now and where you want to be. Also being honest with what you are doing daily that is holding you back and hurting you more than helping you. Then the next and CRUCIAL step is understanding that where you are now DOES NOT mean that you will never get to your desired goal, or that you are so far down the rabbit hole that there's no way to get out.

Understand that where you are right now, is exactly where you are meant to be. There is a reason for everything. There is value and purpose in where you are and what you are currently facing. Know that you have a Universe and friends that support you every step along the way. This rut or lull in your life serves a purpose. You can actually start to see it as a positive time in your life!

  • Maybe you're not where you want to be or progressing as fast as you would like to. That's GREAT news! You have more down time and can use that to spend more time on yourself or your goals, put extra effort and work in since you have the time right now.

  • Maybe you're not where you want to be when it comes to your health and fitness. That's fantastic! You now have an advantage above others because you have this desire to change and it will be easier to start finding things that you can improve. For example, if someone is eating super healthy and working out but not losing any weight. They have to start looking at fine tune reasons why they are getting the results they want... Lack of sleep, lack of water, too much stress, etc. If you are extremely overweight, don't have the body you desire, and don't necessarily eat the cleanest... You can easily start changing your diet and incorporating exercise consistently and BOOM you will start to see results so fast it will astonish you! You have it easy!

  • Maybe you've been laid off from your job and you don't know what to do. That is the greatest news ever! You used to look forward to the weekends... Now everyday is a weekend. You dreaded going into work, now you don't have too! You didn't have a career that really set your soul on fire and filled you with passion. Basically it wasn't your dream job... Now you can go after that dream job and create the career and life you wished you had the entire time! Now there is nothing stopping you or taking up your time!

Key to Getting Out of a Rut or Lull:

It is all about perspective! The number one thing that is going to get you out of a rut whether that be in your health, body, finances, anything is a change of your perspective! Your thoughts and beliefs are what got you into the rut and are making you think that you have to stay there!

So what do you do???

Start making small changes in your every day life.

What changes? How do you make changes if you don't even know what to change? Or you don't even know if what you are doing is what is causing the issue?

I know, I know. I'll tell you!

Successful people understand that changing your life comes down to the SMALL habits you do CONSISTENTLY every single day. If doesn't happen in one event, one moment... Well sometimes but not in most cases.

CHANGE YOUR LIFE CHALLENGE

I created a challenge to help you start implementing these success habits into your life, slowly but effectively.

Its called the "Change Your Life Challenge."

I will be releasing the explanation and DAY 1 of this challenge on Monday through a video on YouTube! I will also post a blog on the challenge with the link for you guys to access it easily as well!

What is this challenge?

Here is my explanation:

For most of us. We wake up, wish our lives were better, wish we were better, and continue to do the same exact thing every single day even though we KNOW it's not working. We don't actually do anything to change it, sometimes it's because we don't know what to do, sometimes it's because we know but think we don't know how to do it, and sometimes it's simply because we need someone or something to hold us accountable to do it. We want someone to tell us exactly what to do. You don't want to waste your time unless you know it's going to work, right?

In reality the things that we need or should be doing that would change our entire life especially our bodies are really simple and easy. They're so simple that we often don't do them because we don't believe the answer to something we want so bad could be that easy.

So I put together a challenge that is 13 weeks long. I will upload one challenge a week by video on YouTube. As the weeks add on you continue doing each of the habits. By the end of the 13 weeks, I promise if you, and only if, you followed through and continued to complete the 13 weeks and IMPLEMENT what I say your entire life will change.

That's a promise, but you have to implement the stuff. Which means you have to actually do it. If you don't do it, that's fine, the only person that is ultimately effected by you not changing your life... Is you. So do it for yourself.

All of the steps are quite easy in essence because it's the little things in life that ultimately make up and form everything else. We start SUPER simple because if you can't start with the small things and stick with them, how do you expect to stick with the big things. It might seem silly at first but as the challenge continues to build and you continue to keep adding on new habits week after week you will start to see and feel a shift. In your body, in your thoughts, in your attitude, in your relationship with other people, and more importantly the relationship that you have with yourself.

My goal is to achieve an outcome for you. Not to have people complete the challenge but to have people actually experience the outcome this will create. This outcome is your entire mind and body being changed for the better.
