Welcome to Day 1 of the Change Your Life Challenge!

The release of this challenge has been much anticipated for quite some time and now here we are! It is finally time to announce Day 1!

Day 1 is to drink 8-12oz of water

first thing in the morning.

Here's why:

When you go to sleep in your cozy bed or couch, whatever you prefer, and you close your eyes for that much deserve rest. You go 5, 8, maybe even 11 hours for those who really enjoy sleep, without any water. Your body become completely dehydrated.

Your body is made up of 70% water, so if you go 5-11 hours without any water completely dehydrating your body, you're lacking the substance that over 50% of your body is made up of!

That's the fact of the matter, but there are signs you'll notice your body sends you that hint to you "Hey, DRINK SOMETHING!"

When you are dehydrated you will experience headaches, achiness, even anxiety. Your skin and lips will constantly feel dried out and your hair will start to fray.

Good News!

By increasing the amount of water you drink, all of those symptoms go away... Immediately!

You also start to notice some benefits.

By drinking water first thing in the morning, your metabolism gets a kick in the butt and starts working more efficiently. This means you'll be able to eat more and have it be properly utilized by your body instead of stored. You will experience less cravings and feel more satisfied even after small meals.

Drinking water first thing in the morning not only increases the amount of amazing benefits you will enjoy but also starts your day off right. You will feel more alert and ready to take on the day with a clear head and refreshed body. Starting your day off right sets up the rest of your day for success!
